By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you have any questions, please get in touch with us at info@lydiapaulstudio.com.

2. Products

All products displayed in the online store are available to order. However, the pieces are not held as ready-made stock. Each piece is made after an order is placed.

As the jewellery is made by hand, small variations in shape, finish and other details may occur. Natural stones also vary in colour and pattern, making each piece slightly different.

Product photographs are intended to represent the jewellery as accurately as possible. Please keep in mind that colours may look different depending on your screen.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€). Metashika OÜ is not VAT registered, so VAT is not added to the prices.

The valid price is the price displayed at the time the order is placed. If a pricing or product information error occurs, we will contact you to find an appropriate solution.

4. Payment

You can pay for your order securely through Stripe. The available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Once your payment has been completed and your order confirmed, we will begin preparing your jewellery.

5. Production

All Lydia Paul Studio jewellery is made to order.

Production usually takes around two weeks but may take up to 30 days. This does not include shipping time.

If there is an unexpected delay, we will let you know.

6. Ring Sizing and Personalised Jewellery

Rings are made individually in the size selected when ordering. Please check your ring size carefully before placing an order, as resizing may not always be possible.

If you order personalised jewellery, you are responsible for providing the correct measurements and specifications.

The right to withdraw from a purchase does not apply to items made to the customer's individual specifications or clearly personalised for them where the law provides this exception.

7. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Available shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Standard shipping is free for orders with a product value of €200 or more, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Please remember that production time and shipping time are separate. Delivery estimates may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

If your parcel seems to be lost or has not arrived, please contact us at info@lydiapaulstudio.com. We will look into the matter and help find a solution in accordance with applicable law.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer when the customer, or a person designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of them, subject to applicable law.

8. Customs and Import Charges

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility. Please check the import requirements of your country before placing an order.

9. Returns and Refunds

All Lydia Paul Studio jewellery is made to order, and we do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges.

However, purchases made online may be subject to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. This right does not apply to personalised items where the law provides an exception.

Where the right of withdrawal applies, you can notify us of your decision within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@lydiapaulstudio.com. The item must then be sent back within 14 days of notifying us.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. The item may be handled as necessary to inspect it, but a deduction may be made where its value has diminished through handling beyond what is necessary, as permitted by law.

Refunds will be made in accordance with applicable law, including the refund of standard delivery costs where required. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned item or proof that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

If your jewellery arrives damaged or you believe it has a manufacturing defect, please contact us. We will assess the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights.

10. Jewellery Care

Silver naturally oxidises and may tarnish over time, especially when left unworn. This is a normal characteristic of silver. A suitable jewellery polishing cloth can be used to clean silver.

Please handle and store your jewellery with care. Damage caused by accidents, improper handling or inadequate care is not considered a manufacturing defect. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is defective.
